Lilith B., Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-C)
Lilith is Beautech’s resident aesthetic injections expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience. She is a family nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree specializing in aesthetics. Lilith is an advanced injector with a loyal following throughout San Fernando Valley, greater Los Angeles, across the country, and internationally. She has served as one of the national trainers for Allergan and Galderma, two major distributing companies for injectables. Prior to founding Beautech, she worked as a nurse in various medical units of Northridge hospital and UCLA Medical Center. Lilith’s educational background includes Medical School in Armenia (without a full completion), a bachelor’s in physiological sciences from UCLA, a bachelor’s in nursing, a master’s /Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree, then a doctorate degree in nursing practice from West Coast University.
Currently, in addition to her busy practice at Beautech, Lilith is engaged in research contributing to the safety and quality of cosmetic treatments and enhancing/ reinforcing ethical principles of the industry. Her aim at Beautech is to help her clients achieve optimal aesthetic results, producing natural correction and sensible aging prevention
Lilith has two grown children on their own journeys. She enjoys daily hikes with her standard poodle Remi, nurturing her vegetable garden, and composting. She also loves cooking, reading/audiobooks, and listening to various educational and stimulating podcasts. She is socially aware, politically engaged, and quick to serve as a volunteer in her community.
Angela Baburian, Registered Nurse (BRN)
Angela is a skilled injector with great aesthetic vision who has worked at Beautech alongside Lilith for over four years. With Lilith as her mentor and numerous hours of training behind her, Angela has learned aesthetic skills and tricks that make her a sought-after clinician. Angela obtained her bachelor’s in health administration and a second bachelor’s in nursing. While earning her degree, Angela also worked full-time as a fitness trainer, helping others achieve optimal health and body goals. Today, Angela’s aim is to help Beautech’s clients achieve harmonious cosmetic results and maintain the integrity of everyone’s unique beauty. Angela is considering continuing her education to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has a dog Archie who keeps her cozy during the cold Los Angeles winters.
Corrine Holloway, Registered Nurse (BSN)
After working for over four years in emergency medicine and receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco in 2019, Corrine has transitioned into a prime role as our newest injector at BeauTech. She is a driven individual who recently redirected her career path to pursue her passion for aesthetics. With a fervent enthusiasm for the field, she’s eager to embark on this new journey and make a meaningful impact in the realm of beauty and skincare. Corrine spent a large portion of 2023 shadowing and vigorously training with Lilith, and attending numerous trainings and seminars to stay current with the latest techniques and advancements in the field. Her commitment to continuous learning underscores her passion for excellence and desire to provide top-notch service. Corrine’s goal is to provide all her clients with beautiful results by focusing on prevention and natural correction. In her free time, Corrine enjoys traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures while trying new cuisine and activities.
Dr. Myron Berdischewsky, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Berdischewsky is responsible for medical policy direction and clinical oversight of practitioners at Beautech Cosmetic Center, which he co-founded with Lilith in 2003.
“Dr. B” graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City in 1974 and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society in recognition of his outstanding medical academic performance. Following an additional five years of post-graduate medical training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and UCLA in California, he attained board certification as a specialist in internal medicine and infectious diseases. As a private practicing physician, he provided care to patients suffering from complex infectious diseases, a significant number of which were the result of an immune-compromised state and complications arising from medical procedures and treatments. He practiced primarily in Northridge hospital for 16 years.
Strongly motivated to improve the safety and quality of clinical care delivery, he obtained graduate training in finance, business, organizational management, and process improvement methodologies and was credentialed as a Certified Physician Executive by the Certifying Commission in Medical Management. In 1994, he was appointed Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. In 1998, he was recruited by Providence Health & Services to serve as the Regional Chief Medical Officer for their 4 hospitals in California. In 2008 the health system promoted Dr. B to the position of Senior Vice President/Chief Medical & Quality Officer for the entire health system, with oversight responsibility for 32 hospitals in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and California.
Dr. Berdischewsky provided strategic direction and clinical leadership for the health system and was the senior executive responsible for clinical quality improvement, patient safety, and the deployment and integration of electronic clinical information systems and data analytics. After retiring from Providence Health System, he continues to be involved in activities focused on improving the quality of medical care delivery systems and patient safety.
Alexandra Davilla, Office Manager
Alexandra has a degree in Sociology and is the newest addition to the Beautech family. She is the office manager who helps the business run day-to-day operations: managing the staff, bookkeeping, and everything else. Alexandra combines her past expertise in detailed accounting functions with her business acumen and a newfound love for the aesthetic business to contribute to Beautech’s success. She enjoys helping clients and staff feel valued and appreciated. When not at work, you can find her enjoying the beautiful scenery on a hike or spending time with family and friends. She is also a dog mom to her bully pit Bella, who enjoys walks, naps, and snacks.
Jenny Garcia, Medical Assistant
Jenny serves as the right hand for Beautech, both in the front and back office. A valuable member of the team since 2019, Jenny graduated with a medical assistant diploma in 2017. Currently, she is taking classes at a community college to pursue her goal of a higher educational degree. Jenny loves her role at Beautech and particularly enjoys making the clients feel comfortable while preparing for their treatments. When not at work, Jenny can happily spend time with her husband, kids, and their dog, Evie.
Esmeralda Legaspi, Medical Assistant
Esmeralda assists Lilith, Angela, and Corrine. She is dedicated to making clients’ experiences at BeauTech a positive one. She obtained her medical assistant diploma in 2019 and began working at BeauTech in 2021. Esmeralda is a skilled phlebotomist and staff assistant whose great attention to detail and empathetic demeanor puts clients and staff at ease. She is passionate about serving BeauTech’s clients while creating a comfortable experience for them. Aside from work she loves to spend quality time with her husband and baby girl.
Alyssa Tan, Medical Assistant
Alyssa is a dedicated medical assistant who graduated with her medical assistant diploma in 2022. She also holds a degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside. With a strong foundation in both healthcare and human behavior, Alyssa is now focused on pursuing her dream of entering nursing school to further her impact in the medical field. Outside of work and studies, Alyssa finds joy in a variety of hobbies, including immersing herself in books, channeling her creativity through crochet projects, and exploring the culinary world through cooking and baking. Additionally, she enjoys attending concerts and watching movies, finding balance in both lively experiences and quiet moments. With her diverse interests and unwavering determination, Alyssa is excited to pursue her passion for helping others in her future endeavors in healthcare.
Elena Ogan, Receptionist
Elena has been a big part of the Beautech family for the past 18 years. She is a nurturing mother figure who takes care of the clients and team members. Elena has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. She is the most creative cook and, thus, the biggest contributor to Beautech’s weekly potlucks. Elena has two grown sons and two beautiful grandchildren. She is an animal advocate and worships her dogs. Elena’s multilingual skills in Russian and Armenian, along with her warm hospitable nature, come in handy in making Beautech’s clients feel comfortable and at home. In her past life, Elena was a banker, but she enjoys her current role in the office so much more.
