Medical Staff Bios

Lilith Berdischewsky

Lilith has been one of the key members of Beautech for the past 7 years. She is a laser specialist and an advanced injector. She has a loyal following of clients not only from San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles, but also from other states and countries.  She primarily practices at  Beautech, but 4 times a year frequents London to see select clientele. It’s no coincidence that celebrities seek her expertise. 

Lilith graduated from UCLA majoring in Physiological Sciences. Before moving to Los Angeles in 1990, she attended medical school in Yerevan, Armenia. She gained clinical experience as a nurse  in Northridge hospital and UCLA Medical Center. She specializes in esthetic dermatology.

Lilith has two children. Her daughter Arpy (20), is a second year NYU student. David (11), is a 5th grader in Bridge’s Academy.  Some of her interests include tennis, weekly salsa at the local club and extensive traveling throughout the world.

Equipped with scientific knowledge and technical skills, Lilith is very creative at heart. She truly loves what she does and cares about her clients and takes pride in the esthetic outcome.

 

Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants, M.D.

 
Dr. Grigoryants is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery of the body and face. His practice is located at the Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale.  Dr. Grigoryants provides his patients with effective and most advanced plastic surgery procedures in the safest possible environment.

Patients come to Dr. Grigoryants from all over the United States as well as from other countries.   Dr. Grigoryants is following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who were both surgeons. 

After graduating from Dartmouth Medical School with Honors in Hanover, NH, he completed prerequisite training in General Surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Grigoryants accomplished additional fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Michigan. Dr. Grigoryants completed a busy and comprehensive training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Throughout his training, Dr. Grigoryants has been a recipient of many awards for academic excellence and his research contributions to the field of surgery. Dr. Grigoryants has conducted basic science and clinical research. His work has been featured in scientific journals and medical conferences

Dr Navasardian is the Medical Director at Beautech.  She is a  renowned Medical Doctor who consults regularly with patients across a range of treatments.
